When you got a friend who promises an outing but don't show up.

I am sure in one point of our life, we have a friend who makes promises and does not show up when the both of you are supposed to meet but somehow it happens. At least when that friend tells you why that happened, it is not so bad. But if that person completely ignores, its just not worth the friendship. Here i give my suggestions on how to take care of the situation.
